Female Pied Kingfisher

In English a black and white bird is often called pied. This is a pied kingfisher. It can be identified as a female kingfisher due to the markings on the breast. The markings here is similiar to a bra - and it is no joke-  this is a female kingfisher.

The markings of a male kingfisher looks like a bow tie.
